Littlefield Posted 22 Digs Against High Point, and Holmes Ran for 156 Yards and a Touchdown

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.—After posting strong individual performances on the field and on the court this weekend, sophomore libero Molly Littlefield of the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ-Webb University volleyball team and senior running back Quasean Holmes of the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ-Webb University football team have been named GWU’s Athletes of The Week.

In the Runnin’ Bulldogs win over Lindenwood on Saturday afternoon, Holmes paced the ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ-Webb rushing attack with a career day. The Charlotte, N.C., native ran for 156 yards and a touchdown, while also making three catches for 28 yards. On the volleyball court, Littlefield played a major role for ÐãÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ-Webb in games against Radford and High Point. The Rockton, Ill., native posted 22 digs against HPU on Friday before following up with 34 against Radford on Saturday, recording 56 for the weekend.
